The welding quality of the end cap of a filter cartridge directly affects whether the filter cartridge can pass the integrity test or not, and then affects whether the filter cartridge is qualified or not. So how to ensure that the welded pleated filter cartridge pass the integrity test? Here are 4 points to do this: 1. The performance of the filter cartridge end cap welding equipment affects the welding quality. The welding performance of infrared end cap welding machine is better than that of hot plate end cap welding machine.
