Then how to build a complete piece of 60inch filter?
There are several methods to make 60inch filter, the process details could be a little different.
Let us take an example of one type of most economic 60inch filter.
Parts required: Cage, 10inch outer cage module End cap01, connection cap End cap02, close bottom End cap03, open cap with handle Pleat pack, pleat packs with sealed seam Machines models required: 1.High flow filter end cap infrared welder SIIC-M028-ECWH-IR-S 2.High flow filter length connector welder SIIC-M028-LJW-S 3.High flow filter pleats cutter SIIC-M028-LC
Production process:
Make a 40inch filter module with end cap
1.1Length connection welding of cage. Use SIIC-M028-LJW-S machine to connect 4 pieces of 10inch cage modules to get one 40inch cage module.
1.2 Pleats installation, inserting pleat pack into 40inch cage module.
1.3 Pleats cutting. Use SIIC-M028-LC machine to do pleats pack width cutting and do trimming of pleat edges of 40inch filter module.
1.4 End cap welding. Use SIIC-M028-ECWH-IR-S to weld cap01-connection cap and cap03-open cap with handle onto 40inch filter module from both ends.
Make a 20inch filter module with end cap
2.1 Length connection welding of cage. Use SIIC-M028-LJW-S machine to connect 2 pieces of 10inch cage module to get a 20inch cage module.
2.3 Pleat cutting, use SIIC-M028-LC machine to do pleats pack width cutting and do trimming of pleat edges of 20inch filter module.
2.4 End cap welding. Use SIIC-M028-ECWH-IR-S to weld close bottom end cap onto one end of 20inch filter module.
Making ready complete 60inch filter
Do length connection of above finished 20inch filter module and 40inch filter module (in other words, use SIIC-M028-LJW-S weld connection cap of 40inch filter onto the end of 20inch filter which is without any end cap) to get a ready complete 60inch filter.
