Today, let us continue update this case.
The training of pleated filter cartridges making equipment operation for this case was finished 3 days ago.
 
From March 2nd to 6th, the customer sent their engineers team to get detailed training on the 69-70mm diameter and high flow pleated filter cartridges making equipment line.
 
On morning of March 2nd, we came to the arrival gate 2A of terminal 2 of PVG airport to pick up customer’s team.



After lunch, we started training works immediately in afternoon of March 2nd.
The customer was very surprised by our high flow filter cartridge belt spiral winding machine.
The customer said that their current high flow filter cartridges are manually wound, and 4 people can wind belts to 50pcs high flow filter cartridges every day.
They asked us to first demonstrate the belt spiral winding machine, which only requires one person to operate and complete the winding of a 6inch high flow filter cartridge. It only takes 15 seconds from the beginning to the end of the belt spiral winding.
After watching our operation demonstration, the customer gave us a big WOW, then eagerly and excitedly took a photo.
The customer said they have also seen similar products in the market before, but the winding machines in the market only contain some of the functions of our winding machines and do not have our winding functions done in detail.

On March 3rd, we conducted operation training on the
production equipment for 69mm diameter small filter cartridges, mainly including end cap infrared welding machines, length extension/connection/joint infrared welding machine, fitting end/adaptors infrared welding machine, PP membrane filter pleats middle seaming equipment, PTFE/Nylon PES membrane pleat packs longitudinal seam welding machine, and filter cartridge cutting machine/trimmer.
 
On March 4th, we conducted operational training on the
production equipment for high flow filter cartridges, mainly focusing on the infrared welding machine for the end caps of high flow filter cartridges, the hot plate welding machine for high flow filter cartridges length connecting, and the cutting machine for high flow filter cartridges.
 
At this point, a small episode occurred: on the afternoon of March 4th, the client's employee told me that they had all learned and could end the training one day ahead of schedule, and then on March 5th, they could move around on their own and relax by traveling at Shanghai city center and shopping.
 
According to our training process, the final step after the training is to assess the training results and view the learning effectiveness of the client's employees. After communication, the client's headquarters big boss said that training and assessment cannot be omitted, the employee can only leave only after they graduated from school.
In this way, we continued to conduct training test and assessment on March 5th as planned.
 
The main assessment contents include:
1.The customer's employees were allowed to operate the entire process themselves, using high flow end cap welding machines, elongation machines, cutting machines, and winding machines to manufacture small batches of high flow filter cartridge products.
2.The customer's employees were allowed to operate the entire process themselves, using small filter end capping machines, elongation machines, interface machines, cutting machines, and longitudinal seam film welding machines to manufacture small batches of small filter finished products.
3.Our company's engineers artificially set common faults, and the customer's employees independently resolved all the faults, re adjusted the equipment parameters, and were able to produce qualified finished filter cartridges.
In the end, they passed the training assessment and everything went smoothly. They graduated smoothly.
At 2:00pm of March 5th, we held a simple celebration event to bid farewell to the customer’s employees, then they left for Yu Garden Shopping Center.
On March 6th, customer’s team left Shanghai for their homeland.
 
In addition, according to our company's process, even if the client's training is completed and they graduate successfully, we have prepared complete operation instructions and videos.
The operation video of the relevant equipment will be updated and released as soon as possible in the next few days.
