The filter material passes through the paper roller of the front workbench of the folding machine, and goes to the front workbench, and folds the filter material into the machine under the interaction of the upper and lower blades, the height at which the blades overlap is equal to the folding height of the filter material. The folded filter material passes through the upper and lower heating plate mechanism of the folding machine. In the heating plate mechanism, the filter material is shaped under the action of temperature and pressure. The front platform of the folding machine is equipped with a folding point counting device. The counting device marks the filter material points in the folding process according to the set folding number. Pre-cut, creasing (printing), mark and counting are not necessary, they depends on the actual situation.
