Why is the filter element that has just been welded yellowed inside, and it feels like it has been contaminated?
This phenomenon usually occurs in hot plate welding machines.
The main reason was that after the end cap welding equipment was stopped, the operator did not wipe off the plastic residue on the mold in time.
When welding the filter element end cover with a hot plate welding machine, the surface of the plastic parts will be melted by welding, and a part of the liquid plastic residue will remain on the surface of the mold or the surface of the mold paper. If the hot plate machine is under continuous working condition, these liquid residues will always remain in a liquid state, and the liquid plastic residues will be welded inside the end cap of the next filter element, which has no effect on the appearance of the filter element.
However, if the welding machine needs to be stopped for a period of time, the operator needs to wipe off the liquid plastic residue in time, otherwise the liquid plastic residue will quickly solidify and stick to the mold paper. When you start the device again, the plastic residue will turn yellow after heating and stick to the end cap of the filter element, which will cause the end cap of the filter element to turn yellow, that is, the above-mentioned filter element end cover has yellowed, like being contaminated.
Therefore, when you need to suspend the welding of the filter element for a period of time, be sure to wipe off the plastic residue in time, and clean up the residue immediately after stopping the operation of the equipment, otherwise the liquid residue will solidify quickly and the cleaning of the residue will become a little more difficult.
