SIIC-M038 is the machine line special for making multi-layer media wound/wrapping/winding filter cartridges, it includes filter body making part and filter end cap welding part. These series of filter cartridges feature a unique multi-layer polypropylene filtration membrane structure, are constructed from inner core and multi-layers of gradient polypropylene melt blown fabric as membrane or mesh as support.
 
About Multi-Layer Media Wound Filter Cartridges
Multi-layer media wound filter cartridges are also called roll winding filter cartridge, it is made of various gradient non-woven fabric or membranes, with higher efficiency than common melt blown filter cartridges. Multi-layer polypropylene or other materials non-woven fabric, melt blown fabric, mesh winding makes this filter with larger filtration area, relatively longer service life than common melt blown filters.

Feature/Functions
/Automatic Control of Filter Membrane Length for Each Layer
Control the length of each layer of filter membrane. Control how many meters are used for each layer of filter membrane in the entire filter element.
/Cross Cutting Online
Cross cut the set length of the filter membrane that needs to be winding for each filter element on line automatically.
/Automatic Winding
Automatically wrap each filter element based on how many turns and layers it needs to be wrapped.
/Automatic Welding
After winding, the seam/edge of membrane are automatically welded onto the filter element.
/Automatic Vertical / Latitudinal Cutting Online
Cut and trim according to the final length of the filter element.
/Precise Control of Finished Filter Quality
Ensure that the outer diameter size of each filter element and the number of meters of the filter membrane used meet the standards, and then qualified filter products are produced.
Machine Dimension: 330cmx150cmx200cm (for 6 layers, 20inch filter), when you have special requirement, the machine dimension will change accordingly.
Power supply: default is 380V, 50Hz, 3 Phase, 4KW, other voltage is customizable according to customer from different countries.
 
Part 2: Multi-Layer Media Wound Filter Cartridge End Cap Welding Part
Features/Functions
This part is to weld end cap of wound filter cartridges. End caps types normally include 226/Spear (Fin), 222/Flat Cap, 222/Spear (Fin).
End Cap Welding System: infrared welding with water cooling system.
 Machine dimension:176x95x200cm for 2 end caps (one end) in each circle. When you have special requirement, the dimension will change accordingly.
Power supply: default is 380V, 50Hz, 3 Phase, 6KW, other voltage is customizable according to customer from different countries.
