The production line is debugged in three stages in the following order: Stage 01: Pleating debugging: including feeding, pre-cutting, pleating debugging. Pre-slitting vertical adjustment is not necessary at this stage. In general, polyester, polypropylene and cellulose filter media need to be pre-cut at this stage. Very few glass fiber filter paper is doing pre-cut at this stage. Stage 02: gluing debugging: including gluing machine debugging, gluing holder /controller debugging.
