This inline checkweigher is specially designed for automatic weight inspection and sorting of melt-blown PP filter cartridges. It performs 100% on-line dynamic weighing right after cartridge cutting and before final packaging. The system accurately detects overweight and underweight products and automatically rejects non-conforming cartridges.
Since the weight of melt-blown filters directly determines wall thickness, dirt holding capacity and service life, real-time weight checking effectively eliminates inconsistent products caused by extrusion and hot-air blowing fluctuations. It ensures stable filtration performance and consistent product quality for water treatment filter cartridges.
Built in report statistics, the report can be generated in EXCEL format, and various real-time data reports can be automatically generated. The USB flash drive can store statistical data for more than 1 year, and can keep track of production status at any time.
